Gianna,
Just wanted to let you know that we enjoyed our week at your POGGI apartment
in Florence. Most importantly you should know what a great
recommendation you made to use about working with Beppe. He was
delightful. I am not sure we could have gotten around without him. If
you could please pass along a good word about him to his boss I would
appreciate it. Beppe is a real gem, he did an extraordinary job and went
well beyond what anyone would expect from a driver. He really should be
called a tour guide who became our friend.

Dear Gianna,
Just wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay at the I Mori apartment.
Gabriela and Adiil were very helpful. We loved the apartment,
especially the courtyard where we could dine out. Bus 31 or 32 takes
one directly from the train station to the apartment (stop after Piazza
D' Annunziata) and bus 6 in the other direction takes you from the
apartment to the Oltr'Arno area. The apartment was very beautiful and
comfortable. Perhaps a microwave oven in the kitchen would be useful
to reheat the take-out food ("da portar via").
I wanted to leave these comments on the apartment's website but I
didn't know how, so you may copy and paste this, if you wish.
Again, grazie mille, for a wonderful stay in Firenze.

I just wanted to thank you, and all your friends, for the opportunity to
stay in your beautiful apartment MORI, and for making my mother's first visit
to Firenze so pleasant and enjoyable.
I have been praising the apartments to everyone I know, and have already
had to forward the details to two colleagues who have been been inspired
to plan their own visits in the near future.

Apologies for delay but just wanted to say thanks so much for all you help (and that of Gabriella) for below apartment DONATI. We had a fabulous time and would definitely recommend it to any friends that were going there – so much better than staying in a hotel! Now back in Australia but had a fabulous time in Italy and will certainly go again.

Just a brief note to let you know how much our family enjoyed our flat and stay in Florence. Zini provided us with comfort, convenience and safety during our stay. While my wife and son went out to explore Florence shortly after we arrived, I remember taking a wonderful nap with the shutters pulled closed and waking up totally refreshed afterwards. We also appreciate
the time and thoughtful attention you provided to our many questions during our arrival.
There was much to see and experience in Florence. Additionally, our trip to the Central Market, bus ride to Fiesole for lunch and Sienna for the Palio were all fun experiences for us and we enjoyed them equally with touring Florence.
In any event, we wanted you to know that we enjoyed ourselves.

Dear Gianna,
My husband and I appreciated very much our stay at the ZINI apartment in June. We arrived after a week of crazy driving around Puglia and without our luggage. You cannot believe how relieved we were to meet Gabriella at that point, who was waiting for us as we arrived by taxi. She was so friendly and expert in all that we needed to know about the apartment, getting taxis, etc. She was an angel! The apartment was so clean and well-equipped and the location very convenient. We wish we could have stayed longer as we came just for a few days to attend a wedding - but surely we shall contact you again on our next trip to beautiful Firenze.

Thank you so much for the wonderful apartment to rent in Florence, the ZINI apt. My daughters & I enjoyed your city so much...it was not enough time, and hopefully we will be back soon. Gabriella was wonderful to meet us on Sunday evening. I tried to phone her as we were leaving, but had no luck getting phones to work. I trust that the apartment was left ok. We are in Rome - a crazy wonderful city...I am happy that we started our trip in your beautiful city and apartment.

Hi Gianna, I just wanted to drop a quick note to thank you for the opportunity to stay in your lovely apartment in Florence. The Medici worked out great for my family and Valerie and Beppe were fabulous! Our trip to Florence was perfect thanks to you. On another note, I understand you are a medical doctor. My son just finished his second year of med school and is about to take his boards before he begins rotations and my sister who was with us on this trip, also has a son who is an orthopaedic surgeon. We felt right at home in Gianna the doctor's house! If you ever come to Minnesota please let me know and we would love to show you around. If I can serve as a reference please let me know. Greetings. Just a note to tell you what a great time we had and how much we
